Theme

This year theme is “Thank You For Your Service”. This theme was chosen to recognize the contributions of those Veterans who are not eligible to be considered Combat Veterans.

Not every service member is called upon to defend this great nation and or her allies in wartime. All service members sign that dotted line

Setup and Tear down

Setup starts at 7:00 AM. You must complete your setup and be ready to go by 9:00 AM.

Vehicles parked near the festival area for unloading purposes must be moved no later than 8:00 AM or will be towed.

Tear down will begin at 2:00 PM and must be completed by 3:30 PM.

Registration Deadline

Due to the overwhelming number of entries we have, we will not accept registration after the deadline. We will make exceptions for Veterans who wish to participate. Registration ends 7 November.

Electricity is available for purchase for $25 per plug, limited to 20 AMPS.

Do you require electricity?*

You can pay the day of the event with cash, check or credit/debit if available. The number of outlets are limited, and will be provided on a first come, first served basis. You are not allowed to share an electrical connection with another booth or vendor.

I understand that my and or my organization’s participation is at the discretion of VET Inc and may be revoked at any time for any reason.

Beverages

Selling of beverages *

Pepsi is the proud sponsor of the Veteran’s Day Parade and VETFest. 

I understand that I can only sell the following beverages: Coffee, Tea, and or Lemonade.

Conducting Business

No conducting of business outside of or no further than the front of my booth *

Due to the size of the festival area, number of vendors and attendees, please conduct your business from your booth area.

Non Profit and Non Commercial Limitations

No collections of donations *

I understand that as a non profit or similar non commercial entity that I nor members of my organization may not collect and or solicit for donations unless I have been specifically authorized to do so.

If I have been authorized to collect and or solicit for donations, I nor members of my organization may not do so outside of or no further than the front of my booth or location that agreed upon.

No politics

This festival and related events are to recognize, honor and celebrate our Veterans, all booths, except when authorized, should reflect this.

No political material *

No booth may display, conspicuously or otherwise, any form of political material. This includes but not limited to items such as a candidate endorsement (name, position seeking party affiliation) and or items and statements that a reasonable person would find political in nature.

In the case of a government organization, my organization’s booth will refrain from displaying the title, party affiliation and or name of the individual when the head of my organization is an elected official. Exceptions are at the discretion of VET Inc.

We reserve the right to assess if any part of the booth and or items and materials may be consider political in nature and refuse participation if your booth violates these terms and conditions.
