I understand that as a government affiliated organization, I nor members of my organization  may not conduct activities or discuss items political in nature to include but not limited to campaigning and or endorsements.

If I or the head of my organization is an elected official, I will make a reasonable effort to not prominently display names and or political affiliation. This can include biographical information, signs or other types of display than can be seen as endorsing a candidate or elected official.

Government forms and documents on official letterhead that include the name of the elected official are acceptable.
